"Ons het in November 2022 by die 4 weke Nightweaning Support Network aangesluit, moeg, oorweldig en gehoop op 'n sagte metode om ekstra slaap vir die hele gesin te kry. Ons het dit gevind en nog baie meer!

"Ons was ure wakker in die nag en was steeds soggens om 04:30/05:00 op. Sy was nog in ons kamer en ons het bly uitstel om haar na haar eie kamer te skuif.
Na ondersteuning gaan sy gelukkig wakker in haar bedjie en gaan slaap, terwyl ek voorheen 1-1,5 uur aan slaaptyd spandeer het.
Die oorgang van 2 tot 1 slapies was soveel makliker as die oorgang van 3 tot 2.
Sy slaap ongeveer 2 ure vir haar middagslapie en is elke aand omstreeks 19:00 in die bed, en slaap meeste dae tot 6:30-7vm.
