🌟 Join Us for our 2nd Blissful Parent Wellness Event! 🌟 We invite you to a nurturing and informative Parent Wellness Event designed exclusively for you. 🌈 Event Highlights 🌈 😴Infant sleep support: Patrice will open the floor for parents to share their sleep questions, chat about what to expect from your baby & supporting sleep in the early months. 🥦Weaning support: Our guest speaker, Laura @hungry.munchkins will support you around weaning & adjusting to solids with your baby. 👶Baby massage: Niamh will take you through some infant massage techniques, mindfulness & relaxation. 😋Yummy afternoon tea will be provided, including yummy cakes, sambos, tea & coffee. ✨ Mindfulness: We will have relaxation, affirmations & mindfulness prompts throughout to bring us into the space & leave the space calm, connected & relaxed. 💖 Why Attend? 💖 This event is your opportunity to connect with fellow parents & parents-to-be, access valuable insights for the early months with your baby, and find support as you navigate the beautiful journey of motherhood. We understand the unique challenges you face and are committed to providing you with tools to thrive & relax. This afternoon is brought to you by Baby Massage instructor & Social Care Worker Niamh Rogers & Gentle Sleep Coach & Childcare Professional Patrice Keegan to support you in the early days & months with your baby. We are both Moms of 2 children each all under 5 & we are dedicated to providing a space for new parents to be open, vulnerable & have access to trusted & evidence based information on sleep & baby communication. We are so excited to have our guest speaker, Laura Carbery from Hungry Munchkins, supporting you with your questions around weaning your baby onto solids & family meals for this event. Don't miss out on this incredible chance to prioratise your well-being and gather knowledge that will empower you on your parenting path.
